He spent a year on rotation in the firm's Berlin office, and has executed client engagements around the globe​. Don has recently retired following a 30-year career in the mining industry. Don is a Metallurgical Engineer who specialized in mineral processing, working with multiple minerals in Canada and internationally. Don was Chief Operating Officer for Copper Mountain Mining Corporation before the company was sold to Hudbay Minerals in 2023. Don is passionate about sustainability, and established Copper Mountain’s award-winning sustainability program as Executive Vice President of Sustainability, prior to returning to the COO role.

Harold is the Director of Marketing, Technical Service and Licensing for Indorama Ventures’ Downstream Derivatives business (Indovinya) and previously served as North American Commercial Director. He joined Indorama in 2020 through the acquisition of Huntsman International’s Chemical Intermediates and Surfactants businesses and is located at Indovinya’s headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. Prior to joining Huntsman in 2011, Harold was with Akzo Nobel for twenty-five years, where he managed Global and Regional Businesses within the Coatings and Chemical Divisions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston.

Jon is responsible for leading the BENEO commercial team for the food industry within the Americas region. He is also President of the US legal entity BENEO Inc. serving our customers in the US. Jon joined BENEO in 2015 and splits his time between his home office in Wisconsin and the BENEO Inc. office in New Jersey when not traveling throughout the region. Previously he worked for 20 years at DSM Nutritional Products/Roche Vitamins in a variety of commercial and operational management roles in both the Human and Animal Nutrition business units including an assignment as Global Business Manager for fat soluble vitamins and carotenoids in Basel, Switzerland. He started his career in field sales positions with Bioproducts and ADM. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics and Cell Biology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and has completed multiple business certification programs at both IMD, University of St. Gallen and Colombia business schools. Jon is married with three adult children and in his spare time enjoys golf, cycling, skiing, and crafting.

Kelli is the founder and CEO of Morai Logistics, and she leads an operating agency of Mode Transportation, a multinational logistics company serving markets across North America. With almost 40 years of experience, she has established herself as a driving force in the logistics industry and a passionate advocate for supply chain management and leadership. Throughout her career, Kelli has demonstrated a deep commitment to the philosophy of 'paying it forward,' and her leadership and dedication have earned her numerous accomplishments1. She has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Supply Chain2 and named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 1003, honoring her outstanding contributions across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. In addition to her work in logistics, Kelli is a tireless advocate for women pursuing careers in entrepreneurship and supply chain management. She is an active member of Women Presidents Organization (WPO) and sits on the boards of MODE Transportation and Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. As the second female president of the Toronto Transportation Club (TTC), she currently serves as a Trustee to their Scholarship Foundation, where she continues to mentor and inspire the next generation of leaders. Peter Taylor serves as the Strategic Category Leader for Flint Hills Resources, LLC., a leading refining company with operations primarily in the Midwest and Texas. The company produces, markets, and transports refined products, including gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, asphalt, heating fuels, base oils, liquid fertilizer, and chemical intermediates. Peter leads a team responsible for the company's procurement strategy and competitive positioning of chemicals and catalysts for their two refineries. This includes industrial commodity chemicals, fuel and asphalt additives, and catalysts for fuel production. Since joining Flint Hills Resources in 2013, Peter has held various procurement roles focusing on purchase to payment process optimization and category management of maintenance, project equipment, as well as process chemicals, water treatment, and other related catalyst systems supporting the company's Minnesota and Texas refineries. Before Flint Hills Resources, Taylor was a sales representative at Mueller Industries, Inc., working with wholesale distributors and contractors. Mueller Industries manufactures a wide array of tubing, piping, fittings, valves, and related products for residential and commercial systems. Peter holds bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, and Human Resource Management from Kansas State University. Peter and his family live in Wichita, Kansas. Flint Hills Resources operates two refineries in Corpus Christi, Texas, and Pine Bend in Rosemount, Minnesota, with a combined crude oil processing capacity of over 700,000 barrels per day. The company also operates a pipeline and terminal system encompassing over 4,000 miles of pipeline and 40 terminals across the Midwest and Texas. Additionally, it has an interest in Excel Paralubes, a base lube oil facility in Westlake, Louisiana. With six decades of refining experience, Flint Hills Resources has expanded its operations through capital projects and acquisitions worth more than $9 billion since 2002. The company employs approximately 3,000 people.
